Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Stratus collects, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

We collect account details, workspace configuration, operational workflow data, and technical telemetry needed to run and secure the service.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, deliver product features, improve reliability, and provide support and service communications.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with trusted processors and service providers necessary to operate Stratus.

4. Applications You Connect

You can let an outside application — including an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude — act on your workspace. When you approve a connection, Stratus issues that application its own credential, limited to what you approved: reading your commerce data (products, listings, orders, inventory, suppliers) and preparing changes that you review and approve inside Stratus. It never receives your password, and it can never do more than you can. Data an application reads is delivered to the provider of that application and is then handled under that provider’s privacy policy, not this one. We keep a record of what each connected application did — which capability it used, when, and whether the request was refused — so you can review it. You can disconnect an application at any time from Settings → Connected applications; its credential stops working immediately.

5. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and logging, to reduce risk of unauthorized access.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information.

8. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to contact@lutchos.com.
